Psychosocial Rehabilitation
Individuals with chronic or severe psychiatric conditions may benefit from a treatment modality called psychosocial rehabilitation. Psychosocial rehabilitation aims to provide the client with structured activities, skills, and support to increase their quality of life and enhance their ability to function within the community.Educational components of this treatment program may include:

- Managing relationships
- Time management
- Family and community integration
- Task completion
In addition to these components, hands-on learning is emphasized and may include the following activities:
- Yoga and physical exercise
- Peer connections
- Out-of-agency activities
By focusing on emotional, social, and vocational well-being, our provider will work with you to help you live as independently as possible, promote recovery, and enhance resilience. In addition, these skills will help you thrive in the workplace and your community of choice.
